The vocationalization of Education particularly at post S.S.C. stage is one of the principle recommendations of the Education Commission appointed by the Government of India. The vocationalisation should satisfy the natural objectives of education. Should help to solve the problem of unemployment amongst the educated youth. The provision of a vocational courses at +2 stage is the need of this region and therefore our management has started the following courses.

Fish culture is traditionally important in the coastal areas and more recently it is found that it is gaining importance in the rural parts of Marathawada. In last five year’s. Fishery activity has developed into a profitable and an extensive enterprise. The course deals with fresh water fish culture.
This course is more practical and job oriented. The students after completion of the course are technically equipped and found more capable of shouldering assignment in industrial unit where they would seek their employment or can start their small industries but these courses are only for XIIth Class as per instructions from education department.
Study of Computer Science is gaining increasing importance in day to day life. Lots of job opportunities are there in market. Our college has well equipped computer laboratory and experienced qualified teaching staff. Students are allowed to use computer in addition to their regular practicals.
Crop Science is one of the vocational subjects introduced at 10+2 level. This subject deals with basic Agriculture Technology. It encompasses, soils, crops, production techniques, farming fertilization, crop protection, seed production, improved varieties and other latest technique of agriculture. The course also offers opportunities for self employment in agriculture and related fields.
This subject is introduced at 10+2 level in related to the cultivation of fruits, vegetables and ornamental crops. The changing pattern of Indian agriculture has necessitated the intensive cultivation of fruits, vegetables and ornamental crops on large areas. The demand for fruits, ornamentals and vegetables is ever-increasing which needs more expert manpower to handle this. This course has vast potential and future prospectus for students.
Our college has recently introduced Geology as one of the optional subjects at Junior College level. We have well developed laboratory and qualified teaching staff which impart instructions to B.Sc. Geology students also. (See Section ‘A’ for more details) (See Geology)
In today’s Information Technology world, you need more and more technical skills to survive. You need to add application skills and business skills to build a truly rewarding carrier. The knowledge of it has wide importance in all spheres of life. The course is introduced with a view to impart skill based education. A unique course, which teaches you, not just technology skills but how to apply these skills in industries and in all walks of life.
Our College has introduced vocational course in Crop Science (Bifocal) and Horticulture (Bifocal) from the academic year 2005-2006 with the intake capacity of 25 students in each stream. The fees structure is as per Govt. norms. The courses have been started from June 2005.
